研究概要
My previous research tends to examine the post-conflict political development. I am currently writing a project related to the illiberal peacebuilding in Indonesia. This project delves into the paradoxical dynamics of peace sustainability in Indonesia. Most of my current research applies to the post-conflict region, democratization, state violence, security, political dynasty, and civil-military relations in the Southeast Asia region and specifically in Indonesia.
教育・研究活動の紹介
Through my academic pursuits and research activities, I strive to contribute meaningful insights and understanding to the field of political science, particularly in the context of conflict resolution and peacebuilding in Southeast Asia and Indonesia. My work not only adds to the academic discourse but also serves as a guide for policymakers and practitioners engaged in addressing the challenges of post-conflict societies.
今後の展望
Building upon the foundation of my current projects, my future research endeavors aim to expand the understanding of political dynamics in post-conflict and evolving democratic settings, particularly focusing on Indonesia. One of my forthcoming projects will delve deeper into the nuances of “Political Reconstruction in Post-conflict Indonesia: The Cost of Sustaining Peace”. Furthermore, I am interested in expanding the scope of my research on “Political Parties Development in post-Democratic Consolidation Indonesia”.
社会貢献等
Over the past few years, my engagement with various global initiatives and forums has significantly contributed to addressing some of the most pressing challenges faced by societies worldwide. In 2023, I was invited as an International Expert for the European Union-financed project “Coping with Climate Change as a Cause of Conflict in Coast Communities of West Africa” (C7-West Africa). I delivered three days intense seminar and training to the middle rank officers at the Nigerian law enforcement agencies in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, offering expertise on the intricate relationship between climate change and conflict.
